The "we" behind The Moerae has more of a symbolic meaning instead of a functional one. The founding of The Moerae was inspired by my relationship with my two sisters. We all do our own crafts (or sometimes more than one) but we love crafting together. I wanted to share and encourage that type of relationship between others!

I (Sinclair) am the main force behind this website. I have very small business aspirations but big craft-community development plans. I consider myself an "expert of one" instead a "jack of all trades" when it comes to crafts, focusing solely on crochet. However, I am a self-proclaimed "variety" crocheter, making all categories of crochet projects.

In my opinion, a big part in creating community is giving support to others. In this vein, I have started to create blog posts as guides for beginning crocheters. I have also started developing simple tutorial patterns and kits! I am even starting to teach classes locally!
